Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for UCI Gran Fondo Hangzhou registrations.
1. General Policy 一、基本原则

All registrations for UCI Gran Fondo Hangzhou are subject to this Refund Policy. Entry fees are generally non-refundable, except where expressly stated below. Registration fees cover administrative, operational, and event delivery costs that are committed in advance.

所有 UCI Gran Fondo 杭州站 的参赛报名均受本退款政策约束。除本政策另有明确规定外，报名费用原则上 不予退还。报名费用用于赛事行政管理、运营执行及赛事服务等已提前发生或承诺的成本。
2. Refund Eligibility – Registration Cooling-Off Period 二、退款条件——报名冷静期

Within 7 days of registration:
Participants are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee, minus a USD 15 service fee, provided that a written refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful registration.
After 7 days from registration:
No refunds will be granted, except in exceptional circumstances, which must be supported by official documentation (such as a medical certificate) and are subject to approval by the event organizer.

参赛者如在报名成功之日起 7 个自然日内 提交书面退款申请，可获得 100% 报名费退款，但需扣除 USD 15 美元的服务手续费。
报名成功满 7 日后：
原则上 不予退款。仅在特殊情况下（如重大疾病等），且需提供官方有效证明文件（如医院出具的医疗证明），并经赛事组委会审核批准后，方可酌情处理。
3. Event Cancellation, Postponement or Major Changes 三、赛事取消、延期或重大调整

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes due to force majeure (including but not limited to government regulations, extreme weather, public health emergencies), the organizer reserves the right to offer one of the following options, depending on costs already incurred:
- Partial refund
- Entry deferral to a future edition
- Event credit for future use

如因不可抗力因素（包括但不限于政府政策调整、极端天气、公共卫生事件等）导致赛事取消、延期或发生重大调整，赛事组委会有权根据已发生的实际成本，向参赛者提供以下一种或多种解决方案：
- 部分退款
- 顺延至未来赛事的参赛名额
- 用于未来赛事的报名抵扣额度
4. Non-Refundable Situations 四、不予退款的情形

No refunds will be issued for the following circumstances:
- Personal reasons, including injury, illness, travel disruptions, visa refusal, or schedule changes
- Failure to attend or complete the event
- Disqualification due to violation of UCI or event regulations
- Weather conditions that do not result in official event cancellation
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration

在以下情况下，报名费用将 不予退还：
- 因个人原因（包括但不限于受伤、疾病、交通问题、签证被拒或行程变更）
- 未到场参赛或未完成比赛
- 因违反 UCI 或赛事规则而被取消参赛资格
- 未导致赛事官方取消的天气原因
- 因参赛者填写错误或不完整的报名信息所造成的后果
5. Transfers and Deferrals 五、名额转让与延期

Entry transfers to another participant are not permitted, unless expressly approved by the organizer.
Entry deferrals may be considered at the organizer's discretion and must be requested before the published deadline.

参赛名额原则上 不得转让，除非经赛事组委会书面批准。
参赛延期仅在赛事组委会酌情同意的情况下方可执行，且须在官方截止日期前提出申请。
6. Merchandise and Optional Add-Ons 六、赛事物资及附加产品
EN:
Event merchandise, jerseys, and optional add-ons are non-refundable once production has commenced. Size changes or item modifications are not permitted after the cut-off date.
CN:
赛事服装、纪念品及其他附加产品一经进入生产阶段， 概不退款。在截止日期后，不接受尺码或产品更改。
7. Refund Processing 七、退款处理时间
EN:
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Any applicable bank charges or payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
CN:
经批准的退款将在 30 个工作日内 完成处理。退款金额将扣除相应的银行手续费或支付平台服务费。
8. Final Authority 八、最终解释权
EN:
The event organizer reserves the final right of interpretation of this Refund Policy. By completing registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.

赛事组委会保留对本退款政策的 最终解释权。参赛者完成报名即视为已阅读、理解并同意本政策的全部条款。
